• 1. Introduction Welcome to High Class Export. By accessing our website and placing wholesale orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
• 2. Wholesale Orders & MOQ
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We maintain a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for wholesale pricing, which will be communicated at the time of inquiry.
• Once an order is confirmed, any changes in quantity or design may affect the delivery timeline and pricing.
• 3. Pricing and Payments
• Prices are quoted in INR (for India) or USD (for International) based on current manufacturing costs.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material (fabric/thread) costs.
• Full or partial advance payment (as per the proforma invoice) is required to initiate production.
• 4. Manufacturing & Quality
• Since we deal with artisanal and mass-produced garments, minor variations in color (due to screen resolution) or embroidery might occur.
• We follow strict quality checks to ensure every piece meets our 1997 legacy standards.
• 5. Shipping and Global Delivery
• We ship globally using trusted partners (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
• Delivery timelines are estimates. High Class Export is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping transit issues.
• Any import duties or local taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
• 6. Limitation of Liability High Class Export shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or delays in shipping.
• 7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
